sometimes people have high expectations of being a leader and when things don't go their way they loose that leadership faith.Heb 11 - faith is the substance of my confident expectation of my leadership experience.
if i confidently expected that i could be a good leader then that is the substance of my leadership faith.
Don't depend people to encourage you. When David was at his lowest point ever he encouraged himself in the Lord. Speak these things over your Leadership to encourage your self in the Lord
1. Ps 1.3 - "whatever i put my hands to prospers. therefore I'm a good leader"
2. Col 1.10 - "i am a fruitful leader and am growing as a leader"
3. 2 Cor 5:14-17 - "My family knows me , not only in the natural realm, but also the spirit realm, and appreciates my ministry."
4. Rom 12:4-5 - "i am a vital part of the body of Christ, and my ministry is important."
5. 2 Tim 2:2 - "The principles i teach to my team are taught to their teams."
6. Acts 1:8 - "The Holy Spirit gives me power to make a difference in the lives of people."
7. Mark 16.20 - "As i work with my team, the Lord works with me and confirms His Word."
